Just a quick update on our Gallagher Lake Village Park residential development. We are currently have 4 homes in the ground. Another 4 starting in the next 60 days and 6 more starts in the spring. We are introducing another 8 plans next week so your options continue to grow. Our buyers to date have been a mix of couples downsizing from a larger home or switching out from a condo into a home of their own. We also have younger families and first time buyers having a serious look at this attainable housing.
