CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT LEADS TO BETTER QUALITY

Our factories uses state-of-the-art precision cutting and fastening devices that are years ahead of what can be used by a site builder. In addition, all homes go through several quality-control checkpoints, resulting in errors being discovered and corrected long before the home is delivered to the job site. A controlled work environment means the home can continue to be constructed in any weather without extensive and costly delays. Because the factory is able to build structures year round, the work force had more years of experience and a higher level of morale, which ultimately leads to a better-finished product for our customers.

BETTER QUALITY MATERIALS
Although the material shipped to job sites may be the same as those shipped to the factory, the Shipping & Receiving Department in the factory inspects all material for quality and all substandard materials are shipped back to the supplier. All materials are then stored in warehouses and covered sheds until required.

OPTIMIZATION OF MATERIALS
Where on-site structures can be built an inch short, or an inch long in places, resulting in wasted materials, factory built homes are computer designed for accurate, optimum use of materials. Furthermore, all floors, exterior and interior walls and ceilings, are built on a pre-measured, exact jig. The possibility of building a wall or floor out of square is virtually eliminated.

BETTER SKILLED LABOUR
Due to the fact that the workers in the factory specialize in one task through repetition, they become experts in that particular area, leading to a superior finish.

LESS PILFERAGE AND VANDALISM
Theft and vandalism is a very serious problem for every site builder. Because our building arrives on site 90 percent finished, the opportunity for vandalism is greatly reduced or eliminated. Most modular buildings are weather proofed, secure and locked on the same day as delivery.

QUICKER TURNAROUND TIME Factory built homes can be completed 30 to 50 percent faster than site-built homes. This results in lower prices to the home purchaser.
